Sometimes people want to register in the fall, but pay out of next year's budget line. That's fine. Please go ahead and register, and then email Laurie Hoium indicating that a check will be sent after January 1. We will honor the earlier price.

Your registration includes dinner on Sunday evening as well as food at two evening receptions. We will try to provide additional meals based on sponsorship.
Please understand that the Extravaganza has hard costs that relate to the number of people who register for the event. If someone cancels their registration, we still have to pay those costs.
Cancellations before December 15, 2018 will be refunded 50 percent of registration fees. After December 15, we are unable to refund any of the registration fee. To cancel your registration, email Laurie Hoium.
Sometimes we are asked if it is possible to transfer a registration. We understand how tight ministry budgets are and are willing to allow transfers. To make a transfer, the person receiving the registration must be a member of the Network. No transfers are accepted after December 15, 2018. Email Laurie Hoium to request a transfer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare at this conference. We understand that childcare is often an issue for our participants and that sometimes parents need to bring small children along with them.
If you are unable to make alternate arrangements for any childcare needs, please do your best to ensure that the presence of small children doesn't interfere with the ability of others to participate in the Extravaganza.
